Sood earned an MFA in Painting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020 and has since exhibited in prestigious venues, including the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and the Museum of Wisconsin Art. Notable solo exhibitions include I Reap What I Sow (2024) and I Am Absolutely Absolute (2022). In 2024, Sood completed a public mural commission at the Oscar De La Renta Educational Campus in Manhattan commissioned by the NYC Department of Education, as part of the NYSCA Public Art for Public Schools Program, the NYC Percent for Art Program, and the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. His work has been featured in publications like Hyperallergic, Artnet, and Bushwick Daily.
